I'd be interested to hear from members that have experience of the Wholesale Automatics conversion to auto. After upgrading turbo, intercooler and fuel pump an auto upgrade should handle the increased torque more efficiently.

Not sure about the Patrol but I have the Wholesale Automatic Conversion in my 79 Series Landcruiser and it is the best modification that I have done.
Mind you at $28K, something should be better.
