Hello Punters,

Just wondering if someone has a solve for me on this one.
Got an '89 Nissord Patrick, 3"suspension, 2"body, just fit 35x12.5x15R tyres.
Standard mod on the rear wheel carrier is to 'ovalise' the bolt holes to the left so the carrier can be shifted towards the drivers' side, so that the passenger side rear (small) door can close past the edge of the tyre- no problems there!

MY trouble, is that I have a set of roller drawers and the larger rear (driver's side) door will not open out square enough (R/H side of tyre tread hits tailight) for the roller drawer on that side to open properly???????!!!!!!!!!!

Can anyone help???

PS- is there available, a locking version of the strut available for the large rear door(like the toyos have) that keeps the door from swinging open past square.

Keep the spare tire flat - no air in it, makes it a bit smaller, both doors will open.
