Home made portable toilet disinfectant.

I recall some time ago that this issue was a brief topic and someone came up with a home made or prepared disinfectant that was effective and used ordinary household products with some other ingredient.

The store purchased stuff is a bit over the top for what you get and I am interested in trying something else.

Any assistance.

Also I am leaving for Darwin next week, last year coming down the Stuart Hwy we found that the NT roads people were closing a lot of the roadside camp spots. This meant that the guide books we had were literally useless. Are they still on this program or has sense prevailed.
