I had an issue 12 months or so ago where my screen name was removed and my personal email address was added, and not by me.

It was only brought to my attention by a fellow member from Queensland.

I contacted Michelle and it looked like my original password had been compromised, so I changed it and no other issues.

Yes, I've had this message from Google about other accounts. I don't know how Google knows, but I do act on the info.

The message from Google is just telling you that they have reports of a password that you use that has been flagged as compromised so it is telling you all sites where you are currently using that password so you can go and change it and then obviously, don't use that password ever again and check all other areas where you might be using that password.
