The RACV have published their annual cost comparisons in the July edition of Royal Auto. The article is available online at:
2004 RACV vehicle operating costs
The four wheel drives are listed at the bottom of the page, but only a few models.
Needless to say the largest expense is depreciation and finance, about 60-66% of the weekly running cost.
