Hi
Can any one help please
I have the latest iPad , and Garmin glo2 Gps.
When I stop for tragic lights , or on the side of the road , the map tacks sometimes a couple of minuets or even up to ten sometimes to pick up where I am .
Doesn’t happen on Hema if I’m running it.
The GPS light on the Garmin is solid.
I don’t run Hema and exploroz at the same time .
Any help please
Graeme

Morning Graeme
Sounds like an issue with stop detection & motion activity which can be changed in settings from false to true. But rather than put you on a bum steer might pay to
check with Michelle at the help desk first.

Bugger, anything is worth a try.
Has your setup worked previously?
Have you got location settings to Always on?
Is the firmware up to date on the Garmin?
Delete then re-pair the Bluetooth connection. Turn anything else off that is using Bluetooth at that same time on any / all devices.
I’m guessing really, like I said anything is worth a try.
