CLC suspend entry permits

The Central Lands Council have suspended entry permits due to the current Covid-19 outbreak. I've emailed the permits officer to try to get clarification eg the presser talks about Mutitjulu but the website says all, will they be reinstated administratively if conditions improve or will they go through community consultation...
Just another fun part of travel in these times. It's raining heavily in western Queensland at the moment so permits might be a moot point for July Simpson travel anyway.
