How do members access the Free desktop version of the Traveller app?

The Desktop app is not available from the app stores.
The conditions for eligibility to the free desktop app is:
1. you must already have a paid licence from either Google, Apple, or Microsoft for ExplorOz Traveller AND 2. you must have a current ExplorOz Membership subscription

If both those conditions are met and you are logged in to the ExplorOz website you will be see a button on the ExplorOz Traveller webpage to open the Desktop App from within the MyAppControl panel.

If you receive a message that indicates you don't have the Traveller app but you know you do, just open the app on your device ensuring you are logged in on the device and the device has a connection to the internet (this may only be required if you haven't used the app online for longer than 30 days).
