Hmmm, towing vehicle while rig is swaying seems red in colour with wide and exposed tyres. When stopped it's black. Van is hanging on by safety chain so explains swaying. Creepy COVID craziness. Next, the driver headed bush, lost van , rammed
police, then tried to return to SA. Apprehended and in custody.
