Good Afternoon All,
Here's a video of our recent stay at
Chillagoe QLD. What a surprise that place was. So much so we kept extending our stay there.
There's
the caves. They have Guided tours & a few Self guided. The Smelter
ruins.
Just the landscape around the area is impressive with unusual
rock formations everywhere.
Mungana NP & Old Town site. Aboriginal
Cave Paintings & they even have a Balancing
Rock!
What a great, surprising place
Chillagoe is. A visit is recommended if in the area.
Cheers
Paul & Michelle

A must see at
Chillagoe is Tom Prices' collection of Ford Vehicles going back to the 1940's . Look and run like they have just come out of the show room.

Hi Racey
We did try to visit Tom.
He is closed on Sundays so we fronted up on Monday to find him closed also.
Was disappointed as it looks
interesting but the closed sign out front was very convincing so didn’t go in
Maybe on our next visit
Cheers
Paul
