I would like to say a very big thank you to Michelle and David for going out of their way to getting my problem sorted.

For a very long time, I have not been getting the ExplorOz Newsletter, replies to and forum post and anything to do with @exploroz.com

The issue was a Bigpond issue and with Michelle’s help, she was able to guide me through to to add ExplorOz as a safe sender.

If your main mail account is through Bigpond and you have been having problems, it’s an easy fix
