GME XRS Connect 330C won’t power up

Hi, when I power on my xrs330c it displays the GME logo, MC664, and v1.00 but does not initialise or beep. Powers on and off ok but doesn’t get past the first screen.
Anyone seen or know how to fix this?

No idea I'm afraid, but this is a link to the instruction manual ......... which you may
well have of course.

Yeah, I got this. I’ve put a query into GME about it, it’s under warranty so we’ll see how we go. Thanks for the link.

Apart from a possible fault, is the mic connector clean on each conductor and firmly pushed into socket until the lock tab clicks?? Some connector may be touching and others NOT. Worth a
check!

Thanks for the
feedback guys. I contacted GME directly via email and one on the support guys phoned me. Long story short, I’m going to send it in to them to fix under warranty.
