Archived Personal Track Logs Failing to Open

Looking for some advice. I am not able to open and view my archived personal track logs. I am getting a system message 'This Track Log is not available on this site'. Something to do with the switch from EOTopo 2019 to 2021? I am using SPOT Gen3 to track my routes, so not the ExplorozTraveller App. Any thoughts?

Nothing to do with maps (EOTopo). Sounds like there's an issue with your account. Please use Help Desk so we can assist you.
