Archived Personal Track Logs Failing to Open

Looking for some advice. I am not able to open and view my archived personal track logs. I am getting a system message 'This Track Log is not available on this site'. Something to do with the switch from EOTopo 2019 to 2021? I am using SPOT Gen3 to track my routes, so not the ExplorozTraveller App. Any thoughts?
