Hi, is anyone else experiencing the HiRes
EOTopo download getting stuck at pakage 24/65. This is a new install and I've tried this on an iPhone and an iPad. Same result. Any assistance would be much appreciated. I have also sent an email to HelpDesk. Will let you know any outcome.

Yes, me too. Then it stalls again later. Just close the app, reload, and download again - it saves the first 24, so from memory you just click "continue". Had to do it perhaps three or four times to get the complete set.

Lachlan replied and it did happen to him as
well. He noted that we may have to try a number of times by closing and reloading the app and continue with the donwload.
I did that and indeed after a few attempts the download continued passed 24/65. I managed to download the HiRes package successfully. Now I'm experiencing the same issue with XHiRes package. I will use the same approach and hopefully I will manage to successfully download all
EOTopo packages.

Yep... my experience too. Unsure why - I am guessing a server time-out at the OzExplorer end.
And FYI, I have no idea what the last sentence actually means, but suggests I am somewhat technically minded, which makes me feel better as I have no idea really.

I experienced this with both hi-res and xhi-res downloads. I found that by closing the app but not logging out of my account, then turning the iphone off and back on, then re-opening the ExploreOZ app, I could restart the download from where it had previously stopped.
Repeated this several times and finally loaded both downloads sucessfully.
