If you're an existing user of the ExplorOz Traveller app you've been sent a newsletter today via email with a pre-release information outline of what's in Version 7 plus notice of the release rollout timeline and an invite to join the Beta program. Following the Beta test phase, full rollout to the app stores is expected somewhere around the 14th February. Thanks Michelle.
I have a question about the existing version. Is there any way to hide the big blue bar at the top of the screen, it takes up a lot of real eastate on smaller screens.
I cannot seem to find anything in the manual.

Pete,

For Apple devices,

In settings, disable status bar visible. This will reduce the size of the blue bar.
Just be aware that you will no longer see things like, date & time, signal strength, battery charge etc . I am not aware of a way that you can remove it totally.

I imagine it’s the same or similar for other OS.
