Traveller PC version

When I open my App Control Panel I get the following message
"You are not registered as an ExplorOz Traveller user."

I have a paid Exploroz Traveller, I am a Exploroz Member, I have purchased the Topo 2021 maps
Am I missing something ??

Just to confirm that George has resolved this issue. He just needed to open the store purchased version of the app (whilst online and logged into his account) so that it triggered the server to confirm his status.
