EO Topo Zoom Issue

I recently updated my EO Topo app to version 6.6.2. Now I cannot zoom in closer than level 9 when using offline maps. Online I can zoom all the way in.. but not offline.
Is there a fix for this or am i doing something wrong?

You haven't downloaded the HiRes map pack then. When offline, if you only have LoRes installed you only get to Level 9.

Thanks Michelle. It's saying I'm not licenced to download the high rez pack.
I renewed my subscription a few months back.

Hi Gene,
I've already answered your Help Desk support query about this.
For anyone else following, the issue is that maps (
EOTopo) are not sold on subscription and are not part of the
Membership services. If you don't purchase the
EOTopo map licence you cannot download the HiRes or XHiRes map packs. All app users who wish to use offline maps need to buy the
EOTopo map licence.
