Traveller v7.04 Beta is being published now and will be available in the Playstore/App store soon. Beta Testers - you will need to go into the Data Manager and update your
Places &
Treks download. There has been a major backend code adjustment to the
Treks system that needs testing. We will give this Beta less than 24 hours and if no more bugs found, we will move to public release of V7.

Hi Michelle.
Among a couple of other devices I use a Samsung S20 Ultra.
The app is constantly crashing after trying to update
Places &
Treks.
I've cleared cache and rebooted the phone.
Tried to download
Places &
Treks again, but it just doesn't seem to install them - it downloads and then just stops, and after a minute or so the app crashes.
I'm working at the moment, but should be able to try the headunit on my car, and my Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e shortly.

Suspect you didn't have beta 7.03 on this device when you updated to beta 7.04? Perhaps went from 6 6.2 to beta 7.04? Doesn't matter but just use CLEAR MAIN DB function at bottom of DM.

No, definitely had 7.03, but haven't used the app for a couple of weeks, so any database update that may also have been required after an update may not have applied.

Clear Main DB and the new
Places and
Treks downloaded and installed successfully.
The app crashed a few times while scrolling on the map, but after 3 or 4 open, crash, reopen the app now seems to be working correctly.

yes that's the reason.
BTW we have made 5 changes to 7.0.4 today and have just release 7.0.5 - we believe this is the final beta and this is the version that will be put to public release.
