Looking to hire an off road camper trailer in
Adelaide. Are there any camper trailers in existence that fold out without the need to put together the frame poles? Interested in what you have to say. tia.

Track Trailer's Tvan is quick to put up - 5 mins or less once you know what you're doing - and will go anywhere your car is likely to. I love ours.

If you are happy to "short camp" - ie, just open the rear hatch and put up the insect mesh - then a TVan is very easy for daily setups, and no canvas to worry about.
For longer stays you can put our the rear tent section (easy) and an awning over the kitchen.
..... and if you are going seriously offroad, there is nothing more capable.

Would suggest having a look at the Vista Crossover. Very quick setup and pack up for quick onite stays. Vistas and Tvans both high quality units.

Another vote for Tvans. We can set up in under 30 seconds if not putting the tent section up. If using the tent in under 5 minutes, & packing away is quicker. - Two internal poles & a fixed roof frame which
swings back. Doesn't get any easier or quicker.
Some like the variety of add on awnings which add to set up /pack up times. We don't use them. Just a 4wd type awning as a sunshade /rain protection for the outside kitchen.

We love our Ultimate camper. 7 minutes set up with the bonus of an indoor kitchen if the weather turns nasty.

I have appreciated all the replies, and the Vista RV meets my requirements. No frames to assemble and just open it up with the shoulder. Just looking for a camper "just in case". Would love to do the Strezleki Track all the way with cabins ie at the start at
Lyndhurst, at Innaminka, all the back way to Tiboburra. Also
Oodnadatta track staying at
William Creek and
Oodnadatta. This is a back-up (ie when rain delays part of the trip) and just using it as a bed in a caravan park. Expensive yes but a bit past tenting it on the ground. Trouble with my shoulder so don't want the stretching effort in the frames. Will be towing it with a SZ2 Territory. Just can't find anywhere in
Adelaide to hire Vista, and don't want to drive to Victoria to pick one up at $200 a night.

Jeff most camper trailers whether soft top or hard floored will have poles of some sort. I've hired Cubs and also Pioneer rear fold campers, both very quick and all you need do is push up the canvas bracing poles. Done and dusted in 5 min or so.
Do a Goggle search of what's available in
Adelaide.

Most hard floor campers such as Cub would be simplest to set up - in its simplest form fold out and it is ready - no poles or other setup. If you need awnings or annexes
well then poles are needed but basic setup just happens.

Tvan by a MILE. I think ours used to take around 7 minutes. We only used the mozzie net across the back once. Setting the rear up was just
too easy not to do.
