After installing the latest update on both my android phone running Android 10 and my Android tablet running Android 12. The app crashes on both. I have reinstalled on each device, but the app still crashes on both. Is there a solution for this issue anyone please?

This is unusual. There are not many reported problems with Android systems. FWIW on my Android 12 phone and Android 11 tablet it runs smooth as silk. Both Samsung Galaxy. Phone is S21 Ultra 5G 512GB, tablet is Tab S6 4G 256GB with external storage.
Suggest you raise a ticket with the Helpdesk.
It would be helpful to D&M if you were to include device brands, RAM, storage, whether or not you're using external memory.
In the meantime, if you haven't done this already, I would try Settings/Apps/Exploroz Traveller/Storage and tap Clear data and Clear Cache. Then uninstall, *restart the device*, reinstall and download the maps again.
A pain, I know but worth a try.
