Hi there,
I am just trying to get access to the app on my Samsung Tab Active 3, the app was purchased on a Samsung Galaxy 8.
When I go to the app store it asks for payment. Any help regarding this one would be appreciated.
I apologise out this has been covered burpee but I couldn't find it searching the
forum.

Make sure you signed into the same Google account on both devices (the account first used to purchase the app on the S8)
