James,anything brought into the country from Japan in the last 30 years will be metric.
To my knowledge, only cars built in North America,Aust and the UK were ever imperial.
There are a few metric bolt heads that will take an imperial spanner if there is nothing else.

As the man said "Within the last 30 years". G60's are surplus Japanese tanks left over from WW2 with the cannon removed!! Hell of a truck though :)

i think you will find the mixture as commented because nissan manufactured or had made a lot of bastard bolts especially in the gq have a look at the rear
seat fixing bolts and
seat belt fixing bolts

Try land drover(range rover) you needed AF Metric and Witworth to work on them.
and the Europeon stuf is all going to torx bits.
