Places & Treks Not Loaded

Hi all,
I am a new user and have just used the app for a trip to
Lucky Bay and intend on using it for an upcoming trip through the
Pilbara.
I have noticed that whenever I log back onto my devices (Samsung Phone & Samsung Tablet) once I have been offline I need to reload the
Places and
Treks, does this sound normal?

You should never press "Loggoff"... because yes that will remove your app content (
Places &
Treks). Please contact me via the Help Desk if you wish to discuss further.

Thanks for that Michelle, I didn't think I was logging out but can't be sure.
