Great trip . For your SUPs a double cylinder
hand pump works better, if you buy a electric pump make sure it does low and high volume pressures. A 4WD compressor doesn't .

We have purchased a SUP inflator system now and it does have low and high pressue switching. It also has digital display and you set the pressure and away it goes. Mind you sounds like a mower but saves the pre-suping upper body workout. This one from
Amazon - Seamax.
