Hi all,
just seeing if anyone knows of anyone up and about near Cheela Plains area or up on the Beasley river.
Trying to see if they have had much rain up there and to see if the Beasley river is flowing again this year.

There was a lot of rain up that way over the weekend. Quite a few roads are closed or open to 4WD only.
There was a reference on the Cheela Plains Facebook page to some people having to move back to the main
camp from elsewhere on the station because of the risk of flooding.
Give them a call. They are pretty into tourism and I sure they'll be happy to update you.
It's great country, looking forward to seeing the
Pilbara again in mid-July.
