SA road closures - 4WD, under 3t, no towing restriction

Having just been to the Gammon Ranges when there were a few days of road closures, it occurred to me that the yellow category, 4WD, 3t and no towing, if strictly applied is quite restrictive and probably out of date. It rules out Patrols, 70, 100 and 200 series Cruisers, Hi-Luxes, Rangers, BT-50s, Pajeros and Amaroks. Some of the other twin cabs such as the Triton and Navara and the wagon variants squeak in along with the Pajero Sport, Prado, FJ Cruiser. This presumes that the 3t refers to the plated gvm and not the actual mass, which is not clear from the website.
