Needs to have added that ALL
campground bookings MUST be made using QLD Parks online booking tool. No exceptions, rangers
check regularly to ensure you have the correct booking ticket displayed on camper/vehicle.
Just spent a few days there & witnessed more than a few unhappy folk who just turned up & thought they could book in person at the rangers station

Queensland persisting with their stupid system. How are you supposed to book a site when you are travelling in areas that have no mobile signal. And when your travel plans can change from day to day depending on conditions or just wanting to linger at a nice spot you've found.
Typical design effort by bureaucrats who have never ventured beyond the boundaries of the city of
Brisbane.

Hi Wildmax,
This is not just Queensland, I believe that the N.T. is pursuing this as
well. It is just bureaucracy trying to cut costs by not having to have as many “rangers” taking bookings and collecting fees. I believe they see this as “not adding value”. Some people really just have no idea what the average trailer not only wants, but really needs.

I think Kevin is refering to
Miyumba Bush Camp which already exists and needs those comments added.
Not the National Parks,
Reserves symbol he has chosen.
