After living with the vehicle for a year, the sport setting on the
suspension s definitely too soft still. Any ideas on how to fix this?

You need to spell out the problem here and give more info, otherwise you'll get a million
suspension replies.
I presume yours is a late model 120 series Grande with the adjustable
suspension.
I think you'll find the answer to be no, there is nothing you can do. This issue has been discussed by the 120series Prado group.

I agree with you. I fixed it by changing it for a Kluger!
