Hi, Just joined and wondering how do you get the rig
pic to 50 k. Is there a freeware site on the net for editing software (have none) or can this be done by the administrator. This has probably been asked a 100 times thanks for your patience.

Troopy Travellers seem really good at this sort of thing. Maybe they'll see this post and help you out.

Glen
Try Irfanview:
http://www.irfanview.com
It is freeware and works a treat for all basic editing/resizing.

Just use paint which is included with windows.
click on image then stretch/skew, choose your percentage. Very quick and easy.

I have Arcsoft Photostudio 2000 which came with Windows 98SE. If you have it look for the Resize or Image size button and change the width of the photo to 300mp and everything else will change accordingly. Then Save it and it should be under 50kb. Some of my pics I have resized down to 2kb and they work just as well for Rig Pic puprposes.
