On reflection, they appear to be quite good.
Sorry, couldn't resist.
Back to the naughty corner LOL.

That's naughty Frank, it is not Friday. Where are the smilies when you need them :=))
Serious face on now, I have the original model that were fitted by the dealer, these are the Dumbo model. I don't give a rats what others think about them, they are the best thing since sliced bread and would not tow without them.
Not certain about the model you are looking at but MSA also do a slimline version I think plus there are other clones at cheaper prices.

I have the NextGen installed on my 200 Series. These have the large flat mirror and the smaller lower convex mirror. Certainly they are good for towing but they take some getting used to. I did prefer the vision that the OEM mirrors gave as they more easily allowed you to see the bottom of the rear wheel which was much better for reversing. They accept the OEM cameras and they are electrically controlled, at least the plain mirror is. If I had my time again I would opt for the full convex offering from Clearview. Nevertheless I am now legal and after some time you do adjust to the new view that they provide.

I've been tempted for a while to go down the Clearview path but did not like the Dumbo look. I think the Compacts would be a better design for me.
I just read some reviews on Clearview which I was surprised about and yes I know that you will hear more from people who have had a problem than those who have had no issues.

I have them on my 2021 NX Pajero.....and am glad they are on there .
Only beef I have is I reckon the small wide angle mirror needs to be on top like most trucks I have driven. Only reason for my opinion is that it is distracting while reversing....apart from that ...they are great.
Cheers Keith

Replaced my original Clearview with NextGen. Great move especially when not towing. Flat glass great for distance perception with convex for spread , Cannot stand anything with only a convex mirror although am often forced to tolerate this in other vehicles
