Truckster (Vic)
Just had a call stating that he is heading to
Bonnie Doon.
So if he gets new tires and the hand winch fixed, shall yet to be seen!

Thanks Bruce for telling folks. I spoke to Vanessa. i expect he will be online tomorrow night to say g'day.
Baz said to me he made a wrond decision to proceed reahter than suggest tyres were at fault I can understand the wrong decision. The recovery hand winch did not work as expected and the roads were not to expectation even though walked.
Truckie, you said to me the roads were all tar round there, but he got onto steep stone then clay.
I have made wrong desisions before too, to my cost. We nearly all will learn when we are wrong, but seldom by being right. Therein lies a problem. We must get to make those wrong decisions and learn from those. Glad no one was hurt apart from an ego.

Hi JohnR
" i expect he will be online tomorrow night to say g'day"
More like hello maybe I don't think yesterday was a g'day for Baz.
Not a nice experience but certainly one he will remember for a very long time & I'm sure others will remind him if he does forget.
Main thing is everone is OK.
Cheers
