Navaraman,

Each route uploaded to your GPS has to be saved to a route number.
If you don't save each route to a number it will keep overwriting the previous one.

Your GPS manual should tell you how to do this.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Geoff.

Yeah that's easy.
menu>card utilities>save way-points/routes.
This saves a copy of the waypoints on to your SD card.
This way you can build up a library of good spots in the GPS.
To get it back look for
menu>card utilities>load way-points/routes.

have fun

The problem I'm having is when uploading routes or W/Ps from DiscoverAus to the GPS I get a message "When uploading, the current set of waypoints and routes on the GPS is lost. Do you want to continue?" It doesn't give me an option to save it to an empty route. I can't find away around this in the users manual as yet. Saving routes from the GPS to the SD card gives me the option of saving to an unused route number but it's easier planning routes on the PC than the GPS.

The way around this is to use OziExplorer instead of DiscoverAus.

Thanks Bob. I've downloaded th free version of OzeExplorer, might have to shell out for the full version and give it a go.
