It may help if you could provide some more detail about the error you are getting.
For example, what platform (Mac, Windows, Android, etc.) and whether through the Traveller app or through a browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.).

Seems to be working fine for me - what tracklogid are you trying to download? It is visible in the track log page where the download button is or is in the address bar.

Thanks there was an issue with certain and mostly the older
track logs. The one you pointed me at is on almost original one being number 79 - we are over 20K now. Anyway I have found and resolved the issue. Try it now.
