Hi All,
Sorry for this question if it's been done before but I'm not really good at this sort of thing.
I have a new iPhone & can't locate the Traveller App in the app store to install/reinstall it.
It doesn't appear on either of my two Apple ID Accounts.
We have previously purchased both the Android & Apple versions.
I did have it on my old phone. I also have it on my Mac Book & wife's iPhone. (and samsung tablet)
Don't want to have to purchase it again.
Can anyone please help?

Sorry about that...
If you already have an current Apple account and have previously purchased the Traveller app.. this billing from the App Store should have not occurred..
Apple will email you a receipt of the purchase..copy this..email this to the Apple Store and explain the issue you had with respect to the traveller app and apply for a refund..
You are intiled to get a refund for the full amount.
Just to
check that you have already purchased a copy of the Traveller App...
On your iPad / iPhone..
Main screen..go to App Store..open this..
In the top right hand corner there should be your details..a photo of yourself or image of you (this is only shown if you are signed into your Apple Account...so you have to be signed into your Apple Account for this image to be shown)...tap on this..up comes your account details..you will see the line headed "Purchased"..tap on this and it will show every App you have purchased through the App Store.

We have previously purchased the app for IOS & have it running on my wife's iPhone as
well as my old phone.
Unfortunately when I checked the app store the
exploroz traveller app didn't come up in the list of purchases. I don't know why. I have two Apple IDs and it didn't show up on either
Now that I have purchased it again it does appear.
So I doubt I can prove I had purchased the IOS version previously. Even though we already had a working one on my wife's phone
Anyway, I have it up & working now on my new phone and as usual am pretty happy with it.

Does she have an apple ID that may have been used to buy the app for her device?

No, She uses the same id as I do.
Originally we purchased the app & installed on both our phones & the MacBook.
