Exploroz Traveller on new device

Hi All,
Sorry for this question if it's been done before but I'm not really good at this sort of thing.
I have a new iPhone & can't locate the Traveller App in the app store to install/reinstall it.
It doesn't appear on either of my two Apple ID Accounts.
We have previously purchased both the Android & Apple versions.
I did have it on my old phone. I also have it on my Mac Book & wife's iPhone. (and samsung tablet)
Don't want to have to purchase it again.
Can anyone please help?

Hi Paul,
So if the only problem is that you can't see the Traveller app in the App Store just use the search option and type in "ExplorOz Traveller", or perhaps the direct link provided on our Traveller webpage will help - go back to the
home page of this website and click the first image labelled "Traveller". The app store links are there.

Yes, I can find it in the App Store but it want's me to pay
Thought it would just let me download as I have already purchased an apple ios version

Yes Paul you don't need to pay if you've already purchased. But it the store isn't recognising you, I would suggest that you aren't using the same Apple ID on that new device so it can't find your existing licence.

I have tried both of my accounts & both want payment

I remember i had this issue for some reason when I accidentally deleted the app..anyway I went back into the App Store for iOS and found the traveller app…it did not show the “open” dialogue box, just the payment box. So I clicked on it thinking I was paying again for the app I had already paid for…but somehow the store recognised that I had already purchased the app and just downloaded the app without cost.

Sorry about that...
If you already have an current Apple account and have previously purchased the Traveller app.. this billing from the App Store should have not occurred..
Apple will email you a receipt of the purchase..copy this..email this to the Apple Store and explain the issue you had with respect to the traveller app and apply for a refund..
You are intiled to get a refund for the full amount.
Just to
check that you have already purchased a copy of the Traveller App...
On your iPad / iPhone..
Main screen..go to App Store..open this..
In the top right hand corner there should be your details..a photo of yourself or image of you (this is only shown if you are signed into your Apple Account...so you have to be signed into your Apple Account for this image to be shown)...tap on this..up comes your account details..you will see the line headed "Purchased"..tap on this and it will show every App you have purchased through the App Store.

We have previously purchased the app for IOS & have it running on my wife's iPhone as
well as my old phone.
Unfortunately when I checked the app store the
exploroz traveller app didn't come up in the list of purchases. I don't know why. I have two Apple IDs and it didn't show up on either
Now that I have purchased it again it does appear.
So I doubt I can prove I had purchased the IOS version previously. Even though we already had a working one on my wife's phone
Anyway, I have it up & working now on my new phone and as usual am pretty happy with it.

Hi Paul,
Did you ever backup your old phone to your MacBook before buying the new phone? If so, have you tried retrieving the old phones information from the MacBook into the new phone? Not a computer wizard, so it may not make any difference at all, but it may restore all the information from your old iPhone onto the new iPhone, including the traveller app.

Never got around to doing that & the old phone doesn't work so I cant copy across from that either

Hi Paul,
I would humbly suggest that you back up your new iPhone to your MacBook ASAP. Also, a good idea to back it up each time you update the IOS platform, you may avoid this type of issue in the future.
