LCOOL forum down?

I haven’t been able to access the LCOOL
forum for the last 4-5 days, just get a white page. I can access the main LCOOL page. Anyone know what is happening?

It's been that way for quite a while with no obvious way of contacting the administrator.

I sent an email to admin through the LCOOL main website page and received a reply yesterday (14/11/22) "It is currently expected that it will take at least a few days to repair the
forum, if things go
well."
Admin did not state what the issue was, so we will just have to sit tight until it is back up and running again.

The new microsoft update we have all experienced (where there is 2 step authentication for everything amoungst other things) has played havoc with their old system.
It was the place to go for info on any issues you may have been experiencing, especially the 200 that has a computer for everything.

Well unless they have changed their ways I would say it's no big issue if they're not online.
I did feel that some of them inc administrator and others thought they were a bit above the rest of us ..

Very true in a lot of aspects, but the wealth of information that can be obtained from members of the site, for me, outweighs the negatives. So, I remain a member of the
forum and put up with the crap that one or two of the moderators carry on with. Mind you, there is at least one moderator who I would have a lot of time for - he treats all with respect and is not a smart a**se.

Rules are rules, if you got on there without a proper signature and started asking questions when noone knew what 200/105/150/80/100/90/75.78/76 you had.....or what country you live in......it got old quickly.
Each
forum has their annoyances....i hope it is able to be ressurrected, and Toyota wasnt behind its demise....

Read from a mate recently that it’s unlikely to return…that’s word coming via a friend of a friend who was talking to George Couyant who set it all up…..something about the latest updates caused huge issues with the
forum.
