Great Service Experience

I thought it worthwhile to describe the outstanding service experience that I have just received from Enerdrive.

On Sunday the Simarine Pico Battery Monitor System in my vehicle failed to produce a screen display and all my efforts to correct it failed. I had been fiddling with the 12vdc supply so possibly spiked it. So I sent an email to Enerdrive for advice. On Monday I got a response from them to advise of the 5 year warranty and offering Reply Paid return to them. I sent it on Tuesday but chose to pay Express Post. On Wednesday Enerdrive advised me that it was fixed and on its way back and I received it next day.

Now, in my book that is stellar service and I told them so, but I also want to tell others about it. Australia Post did well too.


I chose Enerdrive for my Lithium battery and all charging and monitoring devices as I was convinced of their product quality and I now have the benefit of their service calibre. I can highly recommend them.
