Need help with EplorerOz app on Galaxy TabA android system

Hi
I'm new to the EplorerOz app which is downloaded to my PC and 2 x android devices
It works really well on my ph
BUT
When using it on my TabA android, it only lasts a minute or 2 before dropping out completely and reverting back to the homescreen of the device
Ive uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times but still has the problem
I'm sure its something simple so looking for help.
Ive RTFM and watched loads of tutorials
any suggestions welcome

Ours does this on a Galaxy S8. Tried the help desk to no avail but if I keep opening the app it usually will stay open after a few try's. It has got better with the latest updates.

HI,

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 and it works well for me.
I have also just uploaded the latest sw on my tablet, and still ok.

I know it may not help, but for David & Michelle, it might help them to know what version it is working on.

I love the app and maps.

Thanks. I've put a request in to the help desk so I'm waiting for a reply
The tablet has the software updated.
I don't want to have to get a new tablet just to run this app.
Makes it a very expensive app if I do.
All others work well so can't see why this doesn't work

What model Tab A and Android version? There's some information in the app FAQs. I've an old 2015 Tab A, it hasn't been up to running the app for several years. Somewhere there was guidance on specs, at least 4GB of RAM I think. There are some detailed threads on suitable tablets.

As Warren mentions, it’s more than likely your tab specs aren’t up to the job. I run it on an S7 Tablet with 8gb of ram and it runs very smoothly.
