I purchased it in the Exploroz
shop and the problem is resolved - I hope. Previously I was trying to buy it via the app.

When I was on the Exploroz page I saw that I could buy the map update there, so I did. The error message appeared when I was trying to buy it in the Exploroz app. I didn't need the help desk after all.
