Unable to open User Account

After reinstalling the App on my new iPhone I am unable to open the User Control Panel to login. I also cannot download any files or change setting. It just locks up. I have tried contacting Help Desk, but haven’t heard anything yet. Maybe someone has had this happen to them and they have a fix. Have reinstalled the App 3 times, restarted the phone each time -same outcome

Good news, after leaving it overnight, I did a new download and install, but this time I opened the Tracker App and signed in before opening the Traveller App , and it all worked as normal.
