Engel Two Zone adaptor

Has anyone tried these adapters, it splits your fridge in two so you use the bottom as a freezer and the top adapter part as a fridge. Sounds great but I would like to know if it works
well, it saves running two fridges I suppose!

This has been done a few times, try search and the archives. The reports vary from one extreme to the other.

Talked to a sales rep at a field day down here and was advised to forget them(by the rep!!).Memory must be going because I carnt remember what the reason was,sorry.Believe it was something about the fridge zone not keeping food cold in real hot conditions.
