Entirely expected given the nature of the flooding but now official, ABC story, QNPWS advice.

Adels partly open. Both will take years to recover.

Coincidentally the park was handed back to the local aborigines on Friday as part of Queenslands move to treaty and reparations. Add the shut down of Camooweal free camp for cultural reasons and we get a pattern, even before the referendum some are exercising their future power.

Beautiful spot, last time we were there was 2005, we had the place to ourselves. Yeah, it was stinking hot, but the water was cool.

Probably won't be open until all the log posts and concrete have been restored..................
