Hi Team
I seem to have lost the location of all the campsites on my iphone/ipad app and I was hoping someone is able to let me know how to access them.

What app are you asking about and where did you originally get the list of campsites ?

It is the normal
exploroz tracker app. I used to open up the maps and all the campsites were on it. Now they are no longer there.

You have stated above that you are trying to use the
ExplorOz TRACKER app - this would be the problem.
It's the TRAVELLER app that has the campsites and mapping and navigation features. Look for the app on your device that has this icon -
Traveller app icon
. It will also have the words "ExplorOz Traveller" written below it.

Posting update: George has contacted Help Desk and his issue was simply resolved by going to Data Manager to check the status of his content downloads and following the usual process.
