Blue screen

Can anyone tell me why my screen suddenly turns blue, slowly reloads, only to do it again. It also returns to a different scale?

Sounds like you need to upgrade to version 8.1.3?

That blue screen symptom sounds like what I had before I upgraded my devices.

The latest version of what? Timwhit has not returned to tell us what program he is using and what equipment he is using it on.

I checked the App Store before I posted the above, and the version for Traveller was as I stated.

But thank you for your sage advice, I will be sure to update as soon as possible.

Timwhit has not mentioned anything about Traveller. Until he comes back we have no confirmation about what he is using. The "blue screen" that most of us know is a Micro$oft problem with Windows.

Tim isn’t sure which version he has. Not sure where to find it. The App Store tells me I have the latest version, and I’m using it on an iPad mini, which it says it’s quite happy with. ( Well, will work on this device.)

It is best to get in contact with the help desk, as I had the exact same problem, they directed me to get into the advanced settings of Traveller app, where I had to change a few things, when this was done, all is fine.
