Hoping to travel from The Lynd to
Hughenden in two weeks time towing 14 foot Off-road StarCraft with my upgraded Hyundai SantaFe ,anyone been there lately. Have not been down that way for forty years and last time was in my Mitsubishi Express with lots of camping gear .

I was through there 2 weeks ago. Most of it is now bitumen but with some holes and rough spots. All Posted with rough surface signs. The gravel bits are ok but with a LOT of roadworks going on. I was in my old Triton towing a 2.2 tonne homebuilt hybrid. No problems. Camped at
Poison Creek.

Thanks Peter and Rod for the quick and informative information. I think you have allayed all my concerns. Will advise here if there are any areas of concern for the benefit our others
