Get an 'anti spam' programme or reconfigure your ISP provider's settings, most ISP provider's have have an area on their
home page which will allow you to do this. BTW I did this and have cut my daily e - mail intake from 500 to 20 which is a lot easier to down load and read and my possible virus infections have dropped by 99%. If you get a spam message with the line asking you to click to be removed from list DON'T it will cause a snowball effect with spam mail
