This area may be a foot under snow yet still ignored in reports! I am heading down through there and don't want to have to do a 350km detour like I did in 2000 because no one knew what was happening.

There was a sign on the highway near Musslebrook today saying that the
New England Highway is closed at Armidale, detour via Coffs.
