Cute picture Michell, can see that she likes pink the same as my granddaughter, love her top, any ideas of where the pattern came from? I just presume like my daughters you dont knit, but maybe I am wrong and if so I apologise, lol.

Hi Carolyn,
Yes, I admit I feel in love with the Poncho Leah's wearing in this pic as soon as I saw it - my mother used to dress me in ponchos and I remember loving mine (yes, fashion disasters of the 70s). This one would you believe came from Target! I'm afraid although my mother knitted, I do not and I'm not at all offended by your correct presumption. I find that you can buy things so cheap these days. $26 for this poncho seemed ok to me.

Phew!!!! Michelle, glad you arent posting me the pattern, been there and done that with knitting, lol, but its a cute one with a cutie inside. Yes that was a good price and in a busy world my daughters like things that machine wash and dry quickly.

Had my third child because I really wanted a child, got a third daughter all three have such different personalities it bothered most in the family but not me, a healthy child I wanted and got and born on her fathers birthday, it would have been nice for him to have had a son I suppose, but he now has two grandsons with two more grandchildren promised one day lol. When you travel most setups are for the model family, two parents and two childrens the third can be a hassle, lol.

Tc, Carolyn.

Very cute. Our Kaitlyn is 3yrs and 10months and she would be jealous of Leah - she would love a baby sister - but we have finished that caper!

Andrew you sod, how could you deny Kaitlyn all those pleasures of having a baby sister.
Lovely looking duo Michelle. Now for a boy for David to take out 4WDing when your chasing after the girls everywhere.

Yes, I think we have closed the chapter too now. This is David's decision, not mine. I would be happy to keep trying for a boy - he really wants one, but doesn't want to have more kids in the hope of having aboy, but only if we want another "child" and I don't think he does. Men are soo practical - he's concerned about the effects on the ease of camping/travelling, the possible need for another vehicle (we currently just have the 4WD), a bigger house, and definately different office premises... the cost of those things scare him off the idea (I guess me too come to think of it).

"but we have finished that caper"

They grow up to have Bigfeet, Steal Hats, and play in the mud.

I have finished that caper also as they also don't get to fit in the 4by all that well as they get older.

I believe I saw David in Joondalup Michelle, I didn't think he was that beautiful!
But as they say "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" and your obviously a bit prejudiced!
The babies look lovely though.
Alan.

PS. I'm a bit past all that, but don't mind looking at them as long as their parents don't leave them at my place!

When you click on the Rig pic, the second photo now includes the three gorgeous girls of the Exploroz clan......

By the way, we have two boys and scored a girl with our third try.....though I have heard of family with five girls and no boys
