Track condition between Israelite Bay and Point Culver?

Greetings all!
We’re currently near
Esperance and are planning to head to
Israelite Bay. From there, we’ll start the trek through
Nuytsland Nature Reserve up to
Toolinna Cove, and then take the
Toolinna Cove track north to the Eyre Highway. If my calculations are correct, it should be around 450 km between fuel stations – manageable with our heavy 79 Series (we averaged 22L/100km during our trip through the
Simpson Desert).
Has anyone completed this trek recently? David and Michelle, did you end up finishing the trek last December?
Appreciate any insights!

We did that section back in 2018, from
Twilight Cove, along Telegraph Line to Wylie Scarp, then along the coast to
Israelite Bay. Slow going in
places, which took us over 2 days. This is our route for part of the journey:

We didn’t have any dramas, 4 vehicles, but it becomes obvious that there is some risk on
the beach. No ready access off
the beach, and it is narrow in
places, which means high tide covers
the beach entirely. Tyres set in low teens, & low tide, a memorable trip!
After we left
the beach, west of
Bilbunya Dunes, we found most of the tracks to be quite good. Plenty of
wildflowers in bloom at the time, mid June.

Yes, would be worth it if you have the time. We camped at
junction of Telegraph Track & track out to Baxter Cliffs, past monuments to Baxter, the first night. 2nd night was at a
campsite at bottom of the
conveyor belt descent. Bit of a grotty
camp, rubbish wise, but fairly sheltered for the wet & windy night we endured.

Twilight Cove area too.

lookout, just before the
