Finally got my Jackson carry me camper, will be self sufficient off
grid - if I don't get lost.
Have an Android Ph for connection to the net, a laptop for planning, and a tablet for navigation.
Would love some one on one tuition making the whole lot work seamlessly.

You don't say what you want to work seamlessly, trip planning and navigation? If so, use
Exploroz Traveller and very importantly read the fine manual look at YouTube videos. If you are an Exploroz member:
Plan on the Web version, saved trek goes to EO server;
Load onto the tablet for navigation;
Use the phone as a hotspot to connect to the web (if you need to).
EOT will work fine off-line if you have done your planning and saved
treks and downloaded the off-line maps,
places etc.
Most importantly, enjoy your travels.
