What a great move!!!
I have an 18 ft BT on order, and have found that the Bushtracker Owners Group website (also known as BOGsite) is of immense value.

If you are considering buying a BT do yourself a favour and do their factory tour, communicate with people on the BOGsite, and do a lot of planning.

I have been looking to get an off road caravan for a couple of years and the Bushtracker are very
well credentialled. I have been to the factory on 3 occasions.
I have a couple of friends who own them and the weight you are told they are and the stamped tare differs from the weight ex factory (weighed empty on a weighbridge) by many hundreds of kgs. The van is much heavier. This has obvious implications for the legality of the towed mass and the towing vehicle, insurance etc; as
well the type of towing vehicle, its capability and its setup.
Do yourself a favour and do some very serious checking.
